Moss is scheduled to appear in court on January 27th to answer for the charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and violation of the implied consent law. We will update with further details as they become available.

The daughter of Debbie Moss, Sydney Seat, took to social media early Sunday morning to defend her mother, and claimed the arrest was a political move, writing: “This is a BS charge and 100% not true. The law was not followed, but in this case it was by the officers … not the accused. That’ll come to the light when it plays out. To whom ever put this into action, trying to bring her down, she’s stronger than that.”

Hey Scoop , Love your site . Has Debbie Moss had her court date yet? Don`t let the Wilson Co. bunch sweep this under the rug. The Haywood Barry pot smoker was great also. As well as Haywood talking about being a slave worker. Check on Judge Barry he also has had a hit and run outside the courthouse . Think it was on the news a few years back?
