Man threatens women over ten dollars; charged with assault and theft in separate incidents

39-year-old Phillip Hirst was charged with two counts of assault after he threatened two women for not paying him $10 to give them a ride across town. In a separate incident five days later, he was charged with theft of property after he was observed driving and parking a vehicle that was reported stolen three days prior.

23-year-old Trevon Allen was charged with domestic assault and interfering with an emergency call when his ex-girlfriend told police he threw her television across the room, jumped on her while hitting her in the face and arms, and hung up on 911 dispatch when she called for help.

Lebanon Police say 21-year-old Travis Gaither called 911 and claimed Sumner County Commissioner & State Representative candidate Luke Tinsley forced him to withdraw cash from an ATM and give it to him. Gaither then chased the vehicle, providing updates to the dispatcher, asking police to meet him at Tinsley’s house. The investigation showed the money was a loan, and he didn’t think he had to pay it back. He was charged with misuse of 911 and possession of the marijuana in this glovebox. Gaither is Tinsley’s former campaign manager for his State Representative run.

Lebanon woman gets charged with more than theft at local Walmart

38-year-old Christina Pellerin was charged with theft of merchandise, simple possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication after she was caught at Walmart not scanning all her items while going through the self-checkout line.
