Lebanon man charged after snitching on himself during traffic stop

20-year-old Caster Williams was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia after being a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over and admitting to having a syringe on him that was used to shoot heroin.

On March 13th, Officer Travis Rourke was on patrol and observed a vehicle that was in violation of the light law. After initiating a traffic stop, the officer immediately recognized one of the passengers in the vehicle.

The officer asked Caster Williams to step out of the vehicle after admitting to having a syringe that he was using to shoot heroin. The officer noticed there was a cut straw with a white powdery substance, believed to be heroin, where Caster was sitting.

Caster Williams was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia. He was later released on his own recognizance.
