34-year-old Timothy Wilson was charged with possession of heroin for resale, possession of meth with intent, and drug paraphernalia. Wilson’s charges originate from speeding on I-40 East and ordering his passenger to hide methamphetamine on her person.
27-year-old Cody Layne and 24-year-old Tristan Wallace were charged with assault when they were questioning a man about a fight between him and his wife. After he told them it was none of their business, they beat him up.
33-year-old Kevin Hadden was charged with two counts of domestic assault and interference of an emergency call after a violent altercation between himself and his uncle. A computer search later revealed that Hadden had two outstanding warrants for an earlier incident involving a broken door and a thrown cell phone battery.
52-year-old Carl Ananias was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license, drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. Ananias was initially pulled over for a tag violation in his vehicle’s registration and appeared visibly nervous upon making contact with the officer.
