North Carolina driver charged with DUI on Coles Ferry Pike

43-year-old Hilary Andron of Raleigh, North Carolina, was charged with drunken driving after she was unable to maintain her own lane and then pulled over on the side of the road on Coles Ferry Pike May 26th, 2020.

According to the affidavit, Officer Gilley of the Lebanon Police Department responded to a call about a black BMW X5 swerving on the road near Coles Ferry Pike and Hartman Drive.

Officer Gilley found the car parked on the side of the Coles Ferry Pike and found Andron in the driver’s seat. She had watery, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and had trouble standing upright. She failed three field sobriety tests.

Hilary Andron was arrested and charged with DUI 1st offense. Her bond was set at $1,500.
