33-year-old Kevin Hadden was charged with aggravated burglary and violating his conditions of release after he busted through a man’s back door, grabbed a gun from under the bed, and then ran off with his window AC unit.
On July 31st, Deputy Bandy was responding to an aggravated burglary call at 2010 Gladeville Court. Upon his arrival, he made contact with Kerry Boyd and his girlfriend Ashley Coffee. Boyd stated he was asleep in bed when he heard Kevin Hadden banging on his door. A month prior Hadden was arrested for domestic assault with Boyd being the victim and signed conditions of release that he would have no contact with Boyd.
Boyd stated that he told Hadden he wasn’t supposed to be there. Hadden then busted through the back door and stood in the doorway of Boyd’s bedroom. Coffee stated that Hadden grabbed Boyd’s gun from under the bed and they started wrestling over it. When Boyd got the gun back, Hadden then grabbed his window AC and ran out the front door.
Kevin Hadden was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and violating his conditions of release. His bond was set at $3,000.
