30-year-old Chelsea Daniels was charged with DUI when she was found on Linwood Road in Lebanon with an open bottle of vodka visible in her vehicle.
On August 6th, an officer was dispatched for a possible impaired driver and found the vehicle matching the description on 7860 Linwood Road in Lebanon.
The driver was Chelsea Daniels, who had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and smelled of alcohol. After being asked to exit the vehicle, the officer could see an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle. While outside of her vehicle, she was unsteady on her feet and performed poorly on a field sobriety test. The officer decided to place her into custody based on her inability to obey directions.
Chelsea Daniels was arrested and charged with DUI. Her bond wast set at $2,000.
