59-year-old Tammy Lake was charged with domestic assault when a verbal argument with her roommate over a TV remote became physical and she threw her on the floor.
On September 6th, Lebanon Police Officer Trent Johnson was dispatched to 561 Victor Avenue in regards to an argument involving a physical altercation. The officer first made contact with Donna Beasley who explained that their argument was over a television remote and her roommate, Tammy Lake, grabbed her by her arms, throwing her to the floor.
Donna reported that she received a small cut to the inside of her left arm and bruising to her back. The officer then spoke with Tammy who admitted that she attempted to retrieve the remote control from Donna, who admitted to shoving Tammy but stated that her roommate pushed her as well.
Tammy Lake was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on her own recognizance.
