On September 9th, Officer Seth Jackson of the Lebanon Police Department was dispatched to 132 North Hatton Avenue for an unwanted person on the property. Officer Jackson made contact with Lakarrah Lattimore. Lattimore noticed the deadbolt on her front door was unlocked as she was entering her home. She entered the residence with her uncle, John Seay, as Dukes was coming towards her from the bedroom, naked. When Lattimore told Dukes he wasn’t supposed to be there, he told her he just wanted to talk and attempted to grab her. Seay stepped between them to protect his niece.
