Jones was asked to exit the vehicle, and Rusbridge saw how unsteady she was on her feet, heard her slurred speech, and noted involuntary muscle movements. Rusbridge placed Jones into custody for her own safety and a search of the vehicle yielded half of an Alprazolam pill and a glass pipe.

Carrie Jones was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alprazolam and drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,000.
