42-year-old Samuel Parsons was charged with theft, possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia after stuffing a trail cam in his pocket while carrying drugs on his person.
On September 18th, Lebanon Police Corporal Ragland was dispatched to Walmart located at 615 S. Cumberland, in response to a shoplifting call. Ragland spoke with Megan Schrieber who said that Samuel Parsons had a trail cam worth $78 that he neglected to pay for.
Parsons had the cam stashed in his pants pocket. A consensual search of Parsons’ person yielded a syringe and container with methamphetamine inside.
Samuel Parsons was arrested and charged with theft, meth possession, and paraphernalia. His bond was set at $3,500.
