Man violates business owner warnings as well as conditions of release

56-year-old George Snider was charged with violation of CoR and criminal trespass after loitering in front of Discount Tobacco Outlet which he was previously warned about and “bothering” someone with whom he has a domestic history.

On September 6th, Lebanon Police Department (LPD) Officer Johns witnessed two familiar faces, one of which being George Snider standing out front of Discount Tobacco Outlet located at 735 North Cumberland Street. He was aware, from his previous contact with them, that they were already warned about loitering outside the store.

On September 11, LPD Officer Bryan was approached by Anita Ruthland who told him that Snider was bothering her. He then noticed him approach Ms. Ruthland which violated active Conditions of Release that he was under due to a previous domestic dispute between the two of them.

George Snider was arrested and charged with violation of conditional release and criminal trespass. He was later released on his own recognizance.
