Repeat offender violates conditions of release when found with unconscious girlfriend

36-year-old Jeremy Rhodes was charged with domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and filing a false report after police conducted a welfare check on his girlfriend and found him at the residence with her bruised, unconscious, and requiring Narcan.

On September 11th, Lebanon Police Officer Allison Humes was dispatched to 241 Spruce Drive in reference to a welfare check. When she and Officer Chris Corley arrived on the scene, they knocked on the door and heard two thumps. According to the affidavit, Officer Corley heard a woman screaming and it took Jeremy Rhodes several minutes to answer the door.

Officers noted that Jeremy was covered in sweat and he told officers that nobody was home. When officers entered, they found Amanda Craddock laying on the bedroom floor. According to the report, officers observed her with a black eye, bloody nose and mouth, scratches on her shoulder, and bruising on both arms and hips. They also noted that Amanda was not breathing and administered Narcan to get her breathing again. While Jeremy was on the porch, he was screaming at officers and refusing to obey their commands.

This is not the first domestic incident between Jeremy and Amanda. On July 8th, Jeremy assaulted Amanda and was later released on the condition that he would have no contact with her.

Jeremy Rhodes was arrested and charged with domestic assault, disorderly conduct, filing a false report, and violating his conditions of release. His bond was set at $3,000.
