34-year-old Billie Jo Taylor was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia when she approached an officer who was making a traffic stop and later gave him consent to search her room.

On September 11th, Lebanon Police Vice Officer Ariel Carrillo was on a traffic stop near 914 Murfreesboro Road when a female, identified as Billie Joe Taylor, came up and asked if everything was ok.
