Duo found with weed, cocaine, and meth when police break up large group of people

27-year-old Byron “Mac Dee” Davis and 24-year-old Kelly Warren were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, weed, meth, and cocaine when the duo was in the parking lot with a large crowd being dispersed then an officer found drugs in their vehicle.

On October 6th, Lebanon Police Sergeant Scott arrived at 228 Cedar Street in Lebanon, for disorderly subjects in the parking lot. Sergeant Scott observed that a large crowd was dispersing and made contact with Kelly Warren who was located inside of a vehicle and Byron Davis outside of the vehicle. As Sergeant Scott was speaking to Warren, he observed in plain view, a black debit card with cocaine residue on it located in the center console. The two were then detained by police. Officers searched the vehicle and found a folded five-dollar bill in the passenger side door, containing a field-tested positive cocaine.

Located in the passenger seat was a black/white zipper bag next to Davis’s wallet and Tennessee ID card. Inside the bag were a set of digital scales, $104 cash, and 13 small separate baggies which contained what appeared to be methamphetamine totaling approximately 4.2 grams. Lebanon Police K9 Officer Clark found a plastic baggy with approximately 33 grams of marijuana under the passenger seat as well as 7.2 grams of methamphetamine under the driver seat. Warren claimed ownership of the marijuana.

Kelly Warren was arrested and charged with manufacturing, delivery, or resale of methamphetamine, possession for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple drug possession (marijuana). She is currently jailed in lieu of a $62,000 bond.

Byron Davis was arrested and charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple drug possession (cocaine). He is currently jailed in lieu of a $52,000 bond.
