Williams then donkey kicked the air conditioner into the room and kicked the door open for French to enter. When they entered the room uninvited, Nichole Cook and Richard Bittner, the Third stated that they feared for their safety. French and Williams threatened Cook and Bittner over a debt owed to Neal’s husband. The approximate damage reported to the hotel room was over $1,000.
