39-year-old Aisha Weir was charged with aggravated assault when she attacked her former friend, pepper-sprayed her, and threw the pepper spray can at her, hitting her in the head with it.
On September 29th, Lebanon Police Officer Martin responded to an assault call at the Cash Savers located at 312 East High Street. Officer Martin spoke to Kaneshia Bates who was inside of the Cash Savers and was attacked by a former friend, Aisha Weir.

Bates stated that Weir pushed her, they struggled, and sprayed her in the face with pepper spray. Weir then threw the can of pepper spray hitting Bates in the head after Bates was able to get away from her. Officer Martin watched surveillance camera footage that verified Bates’ statement.
Aisha Weir was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She was released on a $3,500 bond with conditions.
