32-year-old Leslie Vaughn was charged with public intoxication after she jumped from a truck then admitted to drinking half a bottle of vodka when she was found stumbling around in the street.
On October 10th, Lebanon Police Officer Winfree was dispatched to West Main Street in Lebanon to investigate a possible public intoxication. Reportedly, Leslie Vaughn jumped from a truck and was intoxicated on drugs and alcohol.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with her outside of the City Hall, located at 200 North Castle Heights Avenue, stumbling in the street. Leslie stated she had consumed half a bottle of vodka. The officer stated that Leslie smelled strongly of alcohol, had red watery eyes, and slurred speech.
Leslie Vaughn was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on her own recognizance.
