North Carolina man pulls out the wrong way, police find him without driver’s license

34-year-old Adan Melgar was charged with reckless driving and driving without a license after he admitted to pulling out into oncoming traffic from Cracker Barrel.

On October 26th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Clark responded to an accident report near Cracker Barrel, located at 350 South Mt. Juliet Road. Upon arrival, Officer Clark made contact with Adan Melgar.

Melgar confessed that he did not have a driver’s license. He also admitted he knew he was pulling out of Cracker Barrel the wrong way, going into traffic.

Adan Melgar was arrested and charged with reckless driving and driving without a license. He was later released on a $2,500 bond.
