feat Snyder Michael

35-year-old Michael Snyders was charged with possession of Klonopin after having 39 Klonopin pills with no prescription, stashed in his pants.

On October 7th, Watertown Police Officer Lepter stated that a white male subject pushed a cart of merchandise out of the store without paying for the items and went across the street. When Officer Lepter made contact with Michael Snyders he observed Snyders lay a glass pipe on the ground while talking to juveniles in the parking lot.

A computer check showed that Snyders had active warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear out of Wilson County. Officer Lepter asked Snyders if he had any drugs or weapons on his person then Snyders willingly reached down inside of his pants. Inside his pants, he retrieved a prescription bottle that was prescribed to him for Buprenorphine. It was filled on October 7th and had seven Buprenorphine pills left in the bottle. Also, inside were 39 Klonopin pills not prescribed to him.

Michael Snyders was charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of Klonopin. He was later released on his own recognizance.
