Teen rapper charged after reportedly strangling his juvenile ex-girlfriend

19-year-old Joshua Marion, Jr. (aka Teflon Mulla) was charged with a violation of his conditional release from a previous domestic assault after he reportedly strangled his juvenile ex-girlfriend.

On October 17th, Lebanon Police Officer Travis Hawkins responded to Cedarwood Apartments, located at 110 Cedarwood Drive, in regard to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Officer Hawkins witnessed Joshua Marion and a 17-year-old female outside. Marion’s juvenile ex-girlfriend was attempting to return his belongings, according to a sworn affidavit.

Marion reportedly then got into the backseat of a vehicle, where he hit and strangled the juvenile. Officer Hawkins noted that the juvenile had redness on her neck. Marion was previously charged with domestic assault against the juvenile in January and was released on a bond with conditions of no contact.

Joshua Marion, Jr. was arrested and charged with a violation of conditional release. He was later released on a $2,000 bond.
