74-year-old Hobart Tisdale was charged with domestic assault after he admitted to slapping his granddaughter in the face during an argument.
On October 27th, Lebanon Police Officer Harbaugh was dispatched to the residence located at 108 Lei Lani Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, Harbaugh spoke with the residents of the household. They stated Hobart Tisdale slapped his granddaughter in the face during an argument. Officer Harbaugh noted that there was a handprint on the juvenile’s face.
On October 28th, Hobart Tisdale was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
