Intoxicated Missouri man disturbs the peace at Holiday Inn

33-year-old William Medlin was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after he cursed at the management of Holiday Inn and refused to go to his room when asked, per report.

On November 22nd, Lebanon Police Officer David Winfree was dispatched to the Holiday Inn located at 826 South Cumberland Street for a disorderly person. William Medlin refused to go to his room after arguing and cussing management. Officer Winfree reported an odor of an intoxicant associated with alcoholic beverages on and about his breath and person.

The officer’s report stated that other patrons of the hotel were unable to carry on their lawful activities due to the actions of Medlin. Officer Winfree placed him into custody after Medlin gave the middle finger to hotel employees.

William Medlin was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was later released on a $2,000 bond.
