Man caught with stolen merchandise and license plate at Tractor Supply

39-year-old Seth Grimenstein was charged with theft of merchandise, theft of property, and driving on a revoked license after police observed him in the parking lot of Tractor Supply with stolen items and a stolen license plate on his vehicle.

On October 31st, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Jordan Brown stated that he was notified of a possible stolen tag on Lebanon Road. The vehicle was later found in the parking lot of Tractor Supply Co. at 14925 Lebanon Road.

Officer Brown waited and noticed Seth Grimenstein walking toward the vehicle with $319.95 in merchandise that he was attempting to steal from the location. The tag was verified stolen out of Davidson County on October 22nd. A computer check also showed Seth’s license was revoked for his 2nd DUI in August 2019.

Seth Grimenstein was charged with theft of merchandise, theft of property, and driving on revoked license. He was later released on a $3,500 bond.
