Banks stated as he backed his vehicle into the driveway, another driver, Tyrone Searcy, swerved onto the sidewalk towards him. Then he said Searcy began threatening him, saying “boom boom, meet me at the basketball court.” Searcy was also reportedly making finger guns at Banks.

Tyrone Searcy was arrested and charged with assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
