36-year-old Youssef Micheal was charged with domestic assault after he dragged his wife by her hair and punched her all over her body during an argument, per report.
On November 10th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Drake arrived at the residence of Youssef Micheal, located at 2009 Julie Drive, in response to a domestic assault call. Upon arrival, Ereny Micheal was found crying on the porch. According to the affidavit, she advised that she got into an argument with her husband, Youssef.
She stated that during their argument, he grabbed her hair, dragged her into their bedroom, and started punching her all over. Youssef claimed there was no assault but the officer reported a red mark on Ereny’s neck and redness to her scalp. Youssef was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.
Youssef Micheal was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
