23-year-old Alyssia Wilburn was charged with theft, possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia after she was caught hiding stolen items from Walmart in her purse.
On October 29th, Lebanon Police Officer Taylor responded to a theft call at Walmart located at 615 South Cumberland Street. Upon arrival, Officer Taylor spoke to Loss Prevention Officer Megan Schreiber, who advised Alyssia Wilburn was stealing merchandise inside her purse.
When he searched Wilburn’s purse, Officer Taylor reported four plastic baggies containing methamphetamine and heroin. The officer stated four cut straws with residue were also inside the bag.
Alyssia Wilburn was arrested and charged with theft, possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. She was later released on a $3,000 bond.
