Woman found with heroin and syringes during traffic stop for window tint

39-year-old Marcy Pickler was charged with possession of heroin, Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia after her vehicle was pulled over for window tint and was observed changing seats with the driver.

On October 14th, Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Hackett pulled a vehicle over on North Cumberland Street for a possible window tint violation. As the deputy approached the vehicle, the driver and passenger were seen changing seats and identified the person in the driver’s seat as Marcy Pickler.

When contact was made with Marcy, the deputy noticed a white powder residue on the passenger floorboard that was believed to be a narcotic, a folded piece of paper with pink powder inside believed to be heroin, and five syringes. Upon searching her purse, two orange pills believed to be Suboxone and a tin can were found.

On October 23rd, Marcy Pickler was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia. She was later released on her own recognizance.
