Woman slashes boyfriend’s arm and tires with knife during argument

22-year-old Stephanie Leija (Flor Leija Urbina) was charged with aggravated assault and vandalism after she slashed her boyfriend’s arm and tires during an argument.

On October 30th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Jamison responded to a domestic assault call at the residence of 4026 Sunny Hill Drive. Upon arrival, Stephanie Leija advised she got into an argument with her boyfriend, Brian Boyd, and he threw her clothes out of the house. She claimed she grabbed a knife from the kitchen and Brian tried taking it from her, cutting himself in the process.

However, Brian reported she attacked him, cutting his left forearm and hand, and slashed the passenger tires of his vehicle. Officer Jamison noted cuts on his arm and flattened tires on the vehicle.

Stephanie Leija was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and vandalism. She was later released on a $3,000 bond. Stephanie Leija was booked under the name Flor Leija Urbina.
