34-year-old Lesley Presley was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after she threw up when officers woke her up from the pavement of the Walmart parking lot.
On December 5th, Lebanon Police Officer Tucker Robert was dispatched to Walmart in regards to a woman unconscious in the parking lot. Per the affidavit, He made contact with Lesley Presley, who was passed out on the pavement. When he woke her, she vomited and had the odor of alcohol on her breath and person.
Officer Robert called emergency management to check on Lesley as she attempted to crawl away from him. She then began to scream and yell, causing numerous citizens to be unable to continue their lawful activities. She was taken into custody for her own safety and the public’s safety.
Lesley Presley was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was later released on her own recognizance.
