Husband wakes woman by grabbing her and threatening to kill her

43-year-old Samer Moussa was charged with domestic assault after he grabbed his wife by her neck while she was asleep and kept telling her he was going to kill her.

On November 28th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Megan Smith arrived at the residence of 723 Bench Lane in response to a domestic call. Per the report, Nermin Moussa advised she was sleeping when her husband, Samer Moussa, woke her up by grabbing her shoulder and neck.

She stated that Samer scratched her, leaving welts on her neck, and repeatedly told her he was going to kill her. She feared for her and her children’s safety, and her daughter called the police after she heard them fighting.

Samer Moussa was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
