52-year-old James Muncie was charged with criminal attempt, public intoxication, and drug paraphernalia after people saw him pulling on car and truck door handles.
On December 10th, Lebanon Police Officers were dispatched to a possible burglary at 109 Hunters Creek Boulevard. Upon arrival, contact was made with Officer Winfree, who had James Muncie detained.
It was stated by several witnesses that James was pulling on multiple car and trunk door handles. It was also stated that James had a strong odor of intoxicant, slurred speech, and red, watery eyes. Once inside booking, a narcotics pipe was found in his sleeve.
James Muncie was arrested and charged with criminal attempt, public intoxication, and drug paraphernalia. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
