Inebriated woman charged after causing disturbance

26-year-old Romeshia Muncie was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after reportedly fighting with another woman in the yard of a residence.

On November 28th, Lebanon Police Officer Sergeant Andrew Hawkins was driving down the road when he noticed two women fighting in the yard of 208 Rogers Street. Per the affidavit, he made contact with one of the women, identified as Romeshia Muncie.

She had a strong odor of intoxicant on her breath and person, red, watery eyes, and was yelling and cursing, causing a civil disturbance. Romeshia admitted that she was drinking and got into an argument with the other woman. Sgt. Hawkins brought her into custody for the safety of the general public and herself.

Romeshia Muncie was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was later released on her own recognizance.
