28-year-old Diana Gonzalez was charged with domestic assault after she grabbed at her husband’s throat while they were arguing and left scratches on his neck, per report.
On December 3rd, Lebanon Police Officer Caruth arrived at 449 Hobbs Avenue in response to a domestic assault call. Upon arrival, Juan Miguel advised he got into an argument with his wife, Diana Gonzalez.
He stated during the argument, Diana grabbed at his throat and scratched his neck. The officer noted raised red marks on Juan’s neck and deemed Diana to be the primary aggressor.
Diana Gonzalez was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
