Man charged for being extremely intoxicated at Legends Sports Grill

58-year-old Michael Haigler was charged with public intoxication after management at Legends Sports Grill reportedly called police because they wanted him to be removed from the premises due to his extreme level of intoxication.

On December 4th, Lebanon Police Officer Tucker Robert was dispatched to Legends Sports Grill at 155 Legends Drive about a person who was extremely intoxicated. Per the affidavit, the management of the bar wanted Michael Haigler to be removed from the premises.

Officer Robert made contact with Michael, who had a strong odor of intoxicant on his breath and person. He had red, watery eyes and slurred speech. For his own safety and the safety of the public, Michael was taken into custody.

Michael Haigler was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
