35-year-old Dustin Barnes was charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license after he failed to stay in his lane and was found with a partially consumed Kessler Whiskey bottle in his vehicle.

Barnes also performed poorly on the sobriety tests the officer initiated and Officer Gilley found a partially consumed 375mL bottle of Kessler whiskey on the passenger floorboard. Further investigation also revealed Barnes’ license was revoked out of Rutherford County in May 2020 and had a prior DUI conviction from Wilson County.
