Man found with meth and loaded gun during traffic stop for light violation

47-year-old Devin Farlow was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, driving on a revoked license, and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia after he was pulled over and found with seven pipes and a revolver inside his vehicle.

On December 9th, Watertown Police Officer Deck conducted a traffic stop due to a light law violation. According to the report, driver Devin Farlow had a revoked license from November 2013 for a DUI. He also had previous offenses on his driving record out of Rutherford County in 2014, Dekalb County in 2017, and another out of Rutherford County in 2018.

When the officer asked if he had anything illegal, Farlow advised there was a pipe. A search of the vehicle revealed two torches, seven glass pipes, a loaded .22 revolver, a grinder containing methamphetamine, and two clear pieces of plastic with meth inside. A computer check also showed Farlow was a convicted felon.

Devin Farlow was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, driving on a revoked license, and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $3,500 bond.
