29-year-old Michael Defuria was charged with public intoxication after he was reported for disorderly conduct and the police found him drunk on the roadway.
On December 9th, Lebanon Police Officer Robert responded to a disorderly conduct report at the residence of 226 Sycamore Street. Upon arrival, the officer identified Michael Defuria in the roadway.
Officer Robert stated Michael smelled of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication, such as red, watery eyes and slurred speech. He was then detained for his own and everyone else’s safety.
Michael Defuria was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
