42-year-old Jenny Cruz was charged with domestic assault after she punched her daughter in the face during an argument, police say.
On November 22nd, Lebanon Police Officer Oakley responded to a domestic assault at a residence located at 135 Upton Heights. According to the report, Chelsey Jones told Officer Oakley that she and her mother, Jenny Cruz, had a verbal argument that turned physical.
According to the officer’s report, Cruz struck Jones in the face with a closed fist. Officer Oakley stated that he saw blood on the corner of Jones’s mouth. Cruz admitted to officers that the assault did occur.
Jenny Cruz was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
