Woman states “I will kill you” after friend denies sexual advances

21-year-old Erika Williams was charged with aggravated stalking after she reportedly made sexual advances toward her friend, and when she denied them, Erika threatened her.

On December 7th, Lebanon Police Officer Affourtit was dispatched to 105 East High Street, where he met with Shelby Neal. Per the Affidavit, she stated that her friend, Erika Williams, had been making sexual advances toward her. Shelby denied any relationship with Erika.

She continued, stating that Erika called her multiple times, and Shelby blocked her number, but received text and Facebook messages stating, “I will kill you” and, “If I found out you told anybody, I will have a murder charge.” She also saw Erika in a parked vehicle outside of her residence on December 7th, and on December 9th, she showed up to her work. All of these actions made Shelby fearful for her safety and well being.

Erika Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking. She was later released on a $2,500 bond.
