‘Disrespectful’ woman breaks boyfriend’s glasses, taunts with 12″ knife, cuts off temp tag, tries to run him over…

23-year-old Talarriya Hicks is charged with aggravated assault, vandalism, and theft of property after her boyfriend says she came to visit while intoxicated and became disrespectful to him and his property. She is accused of punching him in the face, busting his lip, taunting him with a foot-long knife, cutting the temp tag off his truck, attempting to remove the light bulb from his ceiling fan, and then trying to run over him with a vehicle.

On January 30th, Lebanon Police Officer Tim Kelly was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 1003 Peyton Circle in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Officer Kelly was met by the victim’s boyfriend, Sayfad-Din I. Al-Hanafi, who stated that he was dating the defendant, Talarriya Michelle Hicks. He also stated that they both got into a verbal argument about how she came to visit while intoxicated and was being disrespectful to him and his property.

According to the affidavit, the argument became physical when Ms. Hicks punched the victim (her boyfriend) in the face breaking his $400 glasses. She then went to the kitchen and grabbed a 12″ kitchen knife and was trying to poke him with it. She also kept trying to remove the light bulb from his ceiling fan. The victim stated that she went outside with the knife and was afraid she was going to do something to his truck. He followed her out while videoing and she smacked the phone out of his hand. She stomped on it and cracked it which was valued at $250.

On February 6th, Talarriya Hicks was booked into the Wilson County jail, charged with felony aggravated assault, vandalism, and theft of property. She is currently free on a $7,000 bond, via Smiley’s Bail Bonds.
