Former HS football favorite found with gun & drugs at Cahoots Dance Hall & Honkytonk #LifeComesAtYouFast

21-year-old Braden Joel Costley is charged with possession of a weapon while under the influence, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. Police located him at Cahoots in Lebanon, after witnesses reported a man with a gun.

On February 6th, Lebanon Police officer Gray Parish was flagged down by a citizen and directed to a vehicle noting “that’s the man with the gun”. When officer parish approached the vehicle, he made contact with Braden Costley who was holding a Taurus PT111 G2 9mm between his legs. The officer also reports finding 3 open containers of alcoholic beverages in the center console along with a clear plastic baggy that had one gram of marijuana in it. Officer Parish says the smell of marijuana “wafted from inside the vehicle”.

On February 6th former MJHS Football rising star Braden Costley was booked into the Wilson County Jail, charged with possession of a weapon while under the influence, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. He is currently out of jail on a $5,000 bond, via Tidwell Bonding.
