The manager of Jonathan’s Grille called police on an intoxicated female, identified as 28-year-old Courtney Alexandria Bass, who they wanted to trespass from the property. Police located her in the parking lot and placed her under arrest for public intoxication when she couldn’t locate her phone to arrange for an Uber. They also towed her car, in which they found .5 grams of marijuana, along with a grinder and a pipe. #PettyPolice

| On 8.17.2021 at approx 2110 I, Officer Dyce, was dispatched to 613 S Mt. Juliet Rd, Jonathan’s Grill, for an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, the manager pointed the person out to me. I went over and made contact with a white female, later identified as Courtney Bass, in the parking lot. While speaking to Courtney I noticed red watery eyes, unsteady on her feet, and slurred speech. I asked Courtney if she had her ID and she said” No I don’t know where it is.” I told Courtney to call an Uber but she didn’t know where she put her phone. I then placed her under arrest for Public Intoxication. The manager of Jonathan’s wanted her trespassed for the property, While doing a tow inventory of the vehicle MJPD Officer Jaminson found 2 clear baggies with a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana, a Sch. VI drug, one in the driver’s door and another bag In the passenger seat. Officer Jaminson also found a grinder and a metal pipe In the middle console. The green leafy substance weighed approx .5g for both bags. For those reasons above I charging Courtney Bass with TCA 39-17-310 Public Intoxication, TCA 39-l 7-418 Simple Possession of Sch VI, and TCA 39-17-425 Drug Paraphernalia. This all occurred in Mt. Juliet, Wilson County |
