21-year-old Dylan Scott Draper was charged with disorderly conduct by Mt. Juliet Police after he pulled up to his friend’s house, where they were already at for a vandalism report, and caused a scene of his own. Police were upset he was yelling, cursing, and being disrespectful to them, so they took him to jail. #PettyPolice

| On 8/2112021 at 23:58, I, Officer West, was investigating a vandalism and intoxicated person incident In the area of 809 Hillview Drive. While investigating said Incident, Dylan Draper arrived, at a high rate of speed for a residential street, and immediately exited his car and began running towards the residence. When confronted by Sergeant Barth and Officer Smith, Draper became disorderly and started to yell and cuss, Draper was told to go stand by his vehicle and yelled back “..of Fucking Course I am”. Draper stated that he “didn’t give a fuck” about what was going on and was there to see his friend. When a resident of 809 Hillview told Officers that Draper was a friend, Draper then yelled “I’ve tried to tell them that a million god damn times”. When told to lower his voice, due to being almost l 1 AM in a residential neighborhood, Draper again raised his voice and began yelling at residents of 809 Hillview Drive, causing them to have to deviate from their reporting of the original incident. Sergeant Barth detained Draper in an effort to calm him down and detected the strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. Draper would go on to state that he had been drinking and that was the cause of his unruly behavior. Due to his admitted alcohol use, vulgar language, volume, and resistance to calming down, Draper was arrested for TCA 39-17-305 Disorderly Conduct, All the events occurred in the city limits of Mt.
