Man charged with voilating an order of protection behind the Quality Inn Mt. Juliet — William Moneymaker arrested

25-year-old William Moneymaker was booked into the Wilson County Jail in August after he was found to be in a vehicle with a female who had an active order of protection against him in Davidson County. This was discovered after MJPD approached the ‘suspicious’ vehicle, which was parked in the rear of the Quality Inn parking lot. He is free on a $2,500 bond.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On 08/07/2021 I Ofc. A. Dyer of MJPD, conducted a consensual encounter with a suspicious vehicle in the back of the Quality Inn parking lot at 1000 Herschel Dr. During the encounter both subjects inside the vehicle were identified and dispatchers notified me that there was an active Order of Protection in place between the two subjects.

The defendant was a Mr. William Moneymaker, and the protected party was a Ms. Sarah Payne. The order was out of Davidson County TN and entered into NCIC on 5/20/21. All papers were faxed over to our dispatch and verified by MJPD dispatchers and myself.

This is a violation of TCA 39-13-113. William Moneymaker was placed under arrest for violation of Order of
Protection. This incident did occur in Mt. Juliet Wilson County TN.
