Woman sexually assaulted over 2-hour period on video, MJPD charge man with misdemeanor assault, Commissioner waives bond.

DETAILS: A Mt. Juliet woman reported a sexual assault by a co-worker to police, some of which was captured on hotel security video. Police charged the man with misdemeanor assault, and Commissioner Randy Hankins waived his bond. For comparison, Nashville police recently charged a man who slapped his co-worker’s buttocks with felony sexual assault, and he received a $15,000 bond.
