Lebanon man leaves victim with brain hemorrhage & skull fracture after brutal attack in Nashville

22-year Calvin Courter, of Lebanon, is held in a Nashville jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond, charged with aggravated assault. Police say he sucker punched a man at the downtown McDonald’s, kicked him while on the ground, rendering him unconscious, then continued to stomp on his head as people yelled ‘stop kicking him’ – as the victim laid on the ground, bleeding from his head, causing a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage.

Passenger: “it belongs to the driver, he should catch the charge for it” – both arrested.

DETAILS: When facing drug charges, it became obvious these two were not ‘ride or die’ friends, as one was quick to tell police all the drugs belonged to the other, who should ‘catch the charge for it’.
Lebanon Police Officer Andy Byrnes would arrest them both.
