35-year-old Stacy Rinehart was charged with theft of property, DUI, introduction of a weapon into a penal institution, and possession of a prohibited weapon after she wrecked a stolen Ford F-150 on Sparta Pike in Watertown.
19-year-old Octavius Jackson Jr was charged with being in possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and a prohibited weapon when police conducted a traffic stop for a broken brake light and found brass knuckles under his seat and meth in his wallet.
31-year-old Joshua McIntire was charged with two counts of possession of meth for resale, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm while committing a felony, and two counts of drug paraphernalia when he was pulled over for running a stop sign and a K9 sniffed drugs inside his car and he had a pair of brass knuckles on his person.
