Woman charged with public intoxication and marijuana possession at Jonathan’s Grille — Courtney Bass

The manager of Jonathan’s Grille called police on an intoxicated female, identified as 28-year-old Courtney Alexandria Bass, who they wanted to trespass from the property. Police located her in the parking lot and placed her under arrest for public intoxication when she couldn’t locate her phone to arrange for an Uber. They also towed her car, in which they found .5 grams of marijuana, along with a grinder and a pipe. #PettyPolice

34-year-old Francine Hammonds was charged with burglary, possession of heroin, and theft of merchandise when a Walmart employee observed her skip scanning on $89.68 worth of merchandise. While being jailed, heroin was found in her wallet.
