32-year-old Amy Drown was charged with possession of Xanax when the car she was riding in was pulled over for displaying a wrong tag and during a search, she was found with Xanax pills and an active warrant out of Davidson County.
37-year-old Russell Scott was charged with theft of property, reckless endangerment, evading arrest and the fourth offense of driving on a revoked license. Scott’s charges stem from stealing a Ford Mustang, then driving away from law enforcement despite multiple commands to stop. The Mustang’s estimated value was $11,000.
26-year-old Patrick Hawks was charged with theft of property amounting over $10,000 and driving on a revoked license after a speeding violation on Interstate 40 West revealed that Hawks was driving a stolen Audi A8 valued at $36,000.
41-year-old Brad Hodges was charged with driving under the influence after he was found on the side of Interstate 40 by a state trooper and admitted to drinking before his drive to that location.
